Bingo is limited to a few accounts on this site at the moment.
Changing anything here never touches a game that is already running. These are read once, when a game is created.

Pull in completed games and it tallies each person's Paid, Owes, Won and Net across all of them, then works out who settles what. Add or remove people here only — this is a worksheet and never edits a game.
| Player | Paid | Owes | Won | Net |

Net = Won − Owes, summed across the games above. Positive = the pot owes them; negative = they still owe the pot.
Everyone waiting on your OK, of both kinds: payments and transfers people have reported, and "I've paid" on a game's tickets. Decline asks for a reason either way, and they are told. Nothing here is ever removed — it ends approved or declined and stays on the record.
Keep the line and explain it, or reverse it. Reversing declines the entry, so it stops counting towards what that player owes you.
Your answers to “I’ve paid” on a game’s tickets. Click a heading to sort by it; click it again to reverse.
One running account per person. Net per player reads in one direction: a red figure in brackets is what they owe you, a green one is what you owe them. Every number is calculated from what happened — tickets issued, prizes won, money received — so nothing here can be typed over.
The site named this player — when they joined without an account. Point it at the account they use now and their games, money and claims move across.
Paying you reduces what they owe. Paying another player moves that much of the debt across — your total is unchanged until the money actually reaches you.
Waiting requests and the full record are on the Approvals tab.
Money handed between players is listed but never counted as received — it never reached you.
Pick the host who quoted you a figure and the dates it covers. If your statement disagrees, open the line you think is wrong and raise a query on it.

Nothing moves — on your screen or theirs — until the host approves it. If they decline, you are told why.
